The PGD produces dished heads with smooth surfaces and minimal material waste across multiple materials. It features total position gap control and pressure settings from 5 to 260 bar.
The EDM with Star Drive electric platform features proportionally actuated axes with simultaneous movements, superior traction and blank rotation, plus CNC-controlled repeatability without manual adjustments.
With capacities from 150 to 3000 tonnes, the PGD handles blank diameters up to 12000 mm (472 in.) and thicknesses over 100 mm (4 in.), heavier on demand. The entire engineering and manufacturing process is managed in-house and subject to strict controls
