The Faccin FB is a heavy-duty horizontal Frame Bender specifically designed for bending HP profiles, T-sections, flat bars, and equal or unequal angles used in ship hull structures, delivering up to 700 tons of bending force.
The central clamping system, combined with dual active bending arms, enables both positive and negative bending without rotating the profile, significantly reducing handling time and eliminating repositioning during frame fabrication. The result is substantially higher productivity compared to conventional horizontal bending machines.
High-speed hydraulic movements ensure efficient fabrication, while delivering consistent radius accuracy and repeatable bending results, making the FB the ideal solution for high-volume shipyard production.
For maximum efficiency, the machine can be equipped with the CNC control system that automates profile feeding and bending operations, delivering consistent results with minimal operator intervention. Additional handling devices are available to further optimize material positioning and streamline the production process.
The entire FB engineering and manufacturing process is managed in-house and subject to strict controls.
